UAAGI Auto Group has officially inaugurated the UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence in Valenzuela, reinforcing its 20-year legacy of expertise and long-standing commitment to dependable aftersales service in the Philippine automotive industry.
Inaugurated on January 26, the UAAGI Center for Technical Excellence is situated within a sprawling two-hectare property in Valenzuela, which centralizes service standards for all six UAAGI brands: BAIC, CHERY, FOTON, JETOUR, LYNK & CO, and RADAR.
Spanning 1,200 square meters, the center is designed as a state-of-the-art training hub aimed at elevating dealership service quality nationwide. It features four specialized learning environments capable of training up to 120 personnel simultaneously.
Training programs range from foundational diagnostics to advanced mastery in powertrain systems, electronics, chassis, and brake systems. In line with industry evolution, the curriculum also includes advanced hybrid and electric vehicle systems, positioning UAAGI at the forefront of next-generation automotive technologies.
To support immersive, hands-on learning, the facility is equipped with industrial-grade tools such as vehicle lifters, brand-specific diagnostic systems, engine rigs, and specialized equipment including a refrigerant recycling recovery machine.
The center also offers comprehensive product knowledge training and a rigorous certification process for technicians, service advisers, and parts consultants.
UAAGI continues to set the benchmark for aftersales reliability in the Philippines, backed by a logistics network engineered for speed, scale, and minimal downtime. Central to this operation is the expansive 8,700-square-meter Base 2 facility, part of a vast warehouse network housing an inventory of 986,000 spare parts.
