Diversity and inclusion remain a core focus for many organizations, and TELUS Digital Philippines continues to lead with empathy, courage, and action by championing an inclusive culture. During Pride Month this year, the company celebrated while reaffirming its commitment to inclusion.

TELUS hosted a series of events—from drag showcases to safe space training sessions—encouraging open expression and community building. Its team members also participated in both the Metro Manila and Iloilo Pride parades, underscoring the company’s support for a work environment where all employees feel safe being themselves.

TELUS Digital Philippines also implements workplace systems aimed at fostering inclusivity. These include equitable benefits, gender-neutral facilities, and training for leaders in inclusive leadership and respectful workplace practices.

The company also partners with organizations such as the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) and LoveYourself to help advance workplace education and healthcare awareness initiatives.

The company measures its commitment to inclusion through internal tools such as its employee engagement survey. This survey includes DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion)-focused questions that help leaders pinpoint areas of progress and identify where more work is needed.

In a country where workplace discrimination remains a concern, TELUS Digital Philippines aims to lead by example through skills-based hiring practices, bias reduction in recruitment, and ongoing support for employee wellness and development.

“As a company, we’re proud to stand by our LGBTQIA+ team members, especially in moments when it would be easier to stay quiet,” said Anne Muñoz, TELUS Digital Philippines Country Vice-President. “Inclusion is part of who we are. And we are committed to building a workplace where everyone can thrive.”
