In celebration of its Global Month of Good, Starbucks Philippines is deepening its connection with communities and inviting Filipinos to be part of something bigger through simple, meaningful acts.
At the heart of this year’s campaign is an empowering idea: anyone can become a “Community Champion” through small, everyday actions that create lasting impact for people and the planet.
In 2026, Starbucks Philippines is expanding its initiatives through stronger partnerships, improved access to essential services, and more opportunities for both partners (employees) and customers to get involved.

Through its partnership with Planet Water Foundation and The Starbucks Foundation, Starbucks Philippines provides clean water access and hygiene education to an estimated 42,400 people in various regions in the country. This April, a ninth AquaTower will be installed in Camarines Sur, bringing safe drinking water to around 7,000 additional individuals.
The company also continues its longstanding partnership with HOPE to support education. Each year, Starbucks partners help build safe and inspiring learning spaces for underserved communities. This month, the initiative will mark the completion of its sixth public school classroom in Sarangani, providing students with a more conducive environment for learning.
Starbucks Philippines is also strengthening sustainability within its operations. Through its partnership with MPower, approximately 60 Metro Manila stores will be powered under the Retail Aggregation Program, improving efficiency while advancing long-term sustainability goals.

Starbucks’ commitment to being a Community Champion is also reflected through volunteerism and everyday participation. Community Stores in Abad Santos, Tondo, and Maysilo Circle continue supporting education programs alongside AHA! Learning Center, Young Focus Foundation, and Mano Amiga Philippines.
To date, these efforts have benefited more than 1,500 learners through after-school sessions and leadership development activities.
Meanwhile, through its FoodShare program, Starbucks has redistributed nearly 3 million surplus food items from close to 300 stores nationwide, in partnership with The Philippine Food Bank Foundation and Grab Philippines.

Customers are also encouraged to take part. Simple actions—such as using reusable tumblers or opting for for-here ware—can make a difference, with a P10 discount offered as an incentive.
