Get your presale access code via the Smart App
- Download the Smart App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Smart Prepaid subscribers: Load up via the Smart App from February 13 to 18 to receive your presale access code.
- Smart Postpaid subscribers (Plan 599 to 2999): Redeem your code via the app from February 14 to 18 by clicking the “Hope on the Stage” tab.
- Smart Infinity members: Your presale access code will be available automatically on the app.
Secure your tickets—first come, first served!
A presale access code gives you entry to Smart’s Presale Event, but remember—it’s on a first-come, first-served basis. So be ready when the presale opens at 10am on February 20.
Follow these steps once you’ve secured your code:
- Visit www.livenation.ph and log in or register.
- Search for “j-hope” and click “Find out more.”
- Scroll down, click “Smart Presale,” and you’ll be redirected to www.smtickets.com.
- Log in, select “Hope on the Stage,” and click “Buy Tickets.”
- Enter your presale access code (maximum of 2 tickets per transaction).
- Choose your seats and complete the payment.
- After a successful transaction, check your email for the claim ticket voucher or find it under My Account > My Ticket.
- Print your voucher and claim your physical ticket at any SM Ticket outlet before show day—this is your golden pass to the concert!
