This device protection plan keeps your phone safe from life’s spills, mishaps

How to sign up for a Smart Protect Plan

You may sign up for a Smart Phone Protect Plan here. In the portal, you only need to fill in your name, mobile number, email address, and phone details.

You can then choose your preferred Smart Phone Protect Plan and payment terms, and conveniently settle it via your mobile wallet or debit/credit card. Once successful, you will receive their policy via email.

Repair or replacement process can be as fast as 24 business hours for customers in Metro Manila, Metro Cebu, and Metro Davao. It may take five business days to repair mobile phones for customers in other parts of the country.
