Motorcycle taxi platform MOVE IT is rolling out a new brand promise, “Keep Moving,” built around a simple idea: help commuters spend less time stuck in traffic and more time where they actually need to be.

For many people in Metro Manila, gridlock is part of daily life. According to TomTom’s 2025 traffic data, drivers and commuters in the capital lose around 143 hours a year to rush-hour congestion—the equivalent of more than five full days spent waiting on the road.

“Traffic steals time we never get back. This is time that should have gone to work, family, rest, and building a better life,” said Wayne Jacinto, General Manager of MOVE IT. “Our Keep Moving promise reflects a deeper commitment to commuters. It’s not just about getting you from point A to point B, but about giving you reassurance that when you need to be somewhere, you’re no longer bracing for a standstill. Keep Moving is the confidence that you’ll get there.”

To help riders move through the city more smoothly, MOVE IT is leaning on technology designed to make bookings faster and trips more predictable. The platform uses GrabMaps and Navigation to provide real-time routing, smarter pick-up and drop-off points, and more accurate ETAs. Its Back-to-Back Bookings feature lines up a rider-partner’s next trip before the current one ends, cutting down wait times for both riders and passengers.

Safety also remains front and center. The app includes a Safety Center for emergency assistance and trip sharing, GPS-based Trip Monitoring that flags unusual stops or route changes, and AudioProtect—an opt-in, encrypted in-ride recording feature for investigations.

Alongside these tools, MOVE IT continues to enforce screening and training standards to promote professional, courteous service on every ride.
