Max’s Corner Bakery (MCB), the bakeshop arm of the iconic Max’s Restaurant, is serving up a Mother’s Day treat that looks as good as it tastes.

For 2026, MCB introduces the Spring Bouquet Vanilla Cream Cake, a limited-edition “Artisan Tribute” that reimagines the traditional celebratory cake as a full-on centerpiece. Designed in a fresh palette of yellow, white, and pink tulips, it’s made to sit proudly at the heart of the Mother’s Day table—part dessert, part floral arrangement, all celebration.

More than just a pretty bake, the cake brings together thoughtful craftsmanship and indulgent balance. Inside, soft vanilla chiffon layers are paired with a light strawberry cream filling, offering a refreshing, not-too-sweet profile made for sharing. Outside, intricate hand-piped buttercream tulips and smooth cream cheese frosting turn every slice into a visual moment worth photographing before it’s eaten.

The Spring Bouquet Vanilla Cream Cake will be available in limited quantities from May 4 to 10 at all Max’s Restaurant locations across Luzon, with delivery options via GrabFood, FoodPanda, and Max’s official delivery channels.
