Lalamove Philippines is helping 100 partner drivers’ kids and siblings in Luzon, Metro Manila, and Cebu with P20,000 each for the upcoming second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year through BiyahEdukasyon. This support aims to make quality education accessible and empowers them to pursue their academic dreams.

BiyahEdukasyon is under Deliver Care, the company’s corporate social responsibility brand. The program shows Lalamove’s commitment to do more than provide earning opportunities and livelihood for partner drivers, but also to support their families in realizing their dreams, particularly their educational aspirations.

How to apply

Lalamove’s BiyahEdukasyon program is open to the children or siblings of Lalamove partner drivers from the serviceable and covered areas of Lalamove in Luzon, Greater Metro Manila, and Cebu.

Partner driver applicants can choose one beneficiary—whether their child or sibling who is currently enrolled in senior high school or college. All they need to do is fill out the application form, submit the required documents, and tell their inspiring story. There are no grade requirements to qualify for this program. Application is open until October 29, 2023.

Beyond offering financial assistance, the BiyahEdukasyon program brings together both partner drivers and their families as they work toward common goals and ambitions.

According to Djon Nacario, Lalamove Philippines’ Managing Director, the company believes partner drivers deserve to give their loved ones the opportunity to pursue their dreams without being held back by financial constraints.

BiyahEdukasyon is only the beginning of our major steps toward the fulfillment of our long-term commitment to empowering our partner drivers and their families. It aims to underscore Lalamove’s steadfast, long-term commitment to enable the economic well-being of our partner drivers, ” Nacario said.
