Hyundai Stargazer

Fresh off its participation at the Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS), Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH) has revealed that its MPV segment contender—the futuristic-looking Hyundai Stargazer—is making its way to the country on November 8.

Following this, HMPH announced that customers may reserve a unit beginning today, October 19.

The said model, which made its first debut at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) in Jakarta last August, is available in three three Smartstream IVT-powered variants (1.5 GL, 1.5 GLS and 1.5 GLS Premium) and an introductory retail price of P998,000 for its base model.

The Stargazer features horizontal LED daytime running lights and positioning lamps in front as well as unique H-shaped lights at the rear. Its sleek one curve silhouette not only optimizes cabin height but also improves aerodynamics which enable a smoother ride and better fuel efficiency.

The 7-seater has a roomy interior and flexible seating configurations, a variety of multifunctional storage spaces, and a 4.2-inch TFT LCD cluster, and an infotainment system that’s CarPlay- and Android Auto-compatible.

For peace of mind, the Stargazer is equipped with Hyundai Smart Sense, the brand’s advanced driver assistance system that includes collision avoidance, blind spot detection, and tire pressure monitoring, among others.
