Hyundai Commonwealth (HCA), managed and owned by the ESJAY Auto Group (EAG), was awarded Dealer of the Year (DOTY) for 2023.
This is Hyundai Motor Philippines Inc. (HMPH)’s first-ever DOTY Award since becoming the official sales subsidiary and distributor for Hyundai passenger cars in the country in 2022.
The awarding took place during the week-long EAG Car Expo back in July 2023.
Established in 2004, Hyundai Commonwealth has been a steadfast partner of the brand for almost two decades.In 2015, the outlet made history by being among the first to adopt Hyundai’s Global Dealership Space Identity (GDSI). The trademark elements applied to the facility ushered the new customer-centric approach of Hyundai towards the car buying process in a showroom.
The annual award reinforces the brand’s commitment to uphold exceptional customer experience through the promotion of exemplary performance across all aspects of operations. It is aimed at cultivating a network that carries out above-par standards that can be trusted by Filipino customers.
Evaluations for the 2024 DOTY Award recipients are already underway and are set to be announced within the first quarter of 2024.
