HUAWEI is set to introduce the HUAWEI MatePad 12 X (2026) on November 27, a 4-in-1 productivity tablet designed to support a wide range of work and creative tasks.
Built for professionals, learners, and creators, the MatePad 12 X (2026) introduces upgraded features designed to support modern workflows—from office tasks and academic requirements to digital art and entertainment.
With PC-grade performance and a versatile design, the tablet can function as a complete workstation when paired with the Smart Magnetic Keyboard and HUAWEI Mouse. The upgraded WPS Office 3.0 offers desktop-style editing tools and compatibility with 42 file formats, enabling users to move easily between mobile and PC workflows, whether preparing slides, working on spreadsheets, or revising documents.
The MatePad 12 X (2026) is equipped with a 12-inch 3rd Gen Ultra-Clear PaperMatte Display, featuring advanced nanoscale anti-glare etching technology. The display reduces sparkle by 50% and minimizes reflectivity for consistent clarity in bright indoor and outdoor environments. Eye-protection certification and improved stylus responsiveness support long hours of writing, reading, sketching, or streaming.
The new HUAWEI M-Pencil Pro debuts with the MatePad 12 X (2026), offering 16,384 pressure levels for precise writing and sketching. It introduces smart gestures such as pinch for the radial menu, rotate for brush angles, and double-tap for tool switching, supported by tactile feedback for better control. A Star Ring button enables quick pairing and instant access to HUAWEI Notes or GoPaint, while three interchangeable tips let users tailor the pen for painting, fine writing, or drawing.
