Google has announced the integration of the best of Google AI into its Google Workspace Business and Enterprise plans.

This addition, available without the need for any extra add-ons, promises to empower businesses of all sizes by unlocking the transformative potential of AI, improving employee productivity, creativity, and innovation.

With the inclusion of generative AI, businesses will now experience enhanced workflows across key Google Workspace apps such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Chat, and more. The integration of Google’s Gemini AI system helps streamline daily tasks, offering valuable assistance with everything from summarizing emails and drafting documents to generating creative content, making it easier for employees to stay focused and efficient.

For more intricate business needs, such as coding, research, and data analysis, Google introduces Gemini Advanced. Available via the Gemini app, this next-gen AI model offers advanced capabilities suited for complex projects, allowing teams to tackle more challenging tasks with greater speed and precision.

For teams that need help with research and learning, there’s NotebookLM Plus. It can analyze complex topics, generate insights, and help teams share knowledge more efficiently.

Google is also simplifying its pricing model, making these AI-powered tools more accessible to businesses of all sizes. Now, companies don’t have to juggle multiple pricing tiers or wonder what extra costs might be added for AI features. Everything’s rolled into existing plans.

Google also prioritizes data security and privacy with robust controls to ensure customer data remains protected and compliant.

AI capabilities are now being rolled out to Workspace Business customers, with rollout to Enterprise customers planned for later this month. New customers will be subject to updated pricing immediately. For existing customers, the monthly subscription price will increase starting March 17.
