Ayala Land, the local government of Makati, and Make It Makati are bringing the New Year’s Eve celebration back to Ayala Avenue with “Makati in Full Color: Ayala Avenue New Year’s Eve Countdown to 2026.” Set on one of the country’s most iconic streets, the event promises good music, a festive crowd, and a celebration rooted in Filipino pride.
The event is part of the “Makati in Full Color” campaign and continues a countdown tradition that’s been championing global Filipino artists since 2023. This year’s celebration puts homegrown talent front and center, delivering a New Year’s Eve experience that’s proudly Pinoy and all about bringing people together.
On December 31, Ayala Avenue transforms into a vibrant celebration space starting at 6pm as the city opens its streets for a night of live performances, shared moments, and collective countdown energy.
Leading the lineup are rock icon Ely Buendia and chart-topping band Cup of Joe. Joining them are Morissette, Juan Karlos, Sofronio Vasquez III, Divine Divas, and Theater Group Asia’s “A Chorus Line.”
As midnight, the Makati skyline will come alive with a spectacular fireworks display accompanied by a Filipino version of the ball drop.

The party continues after 12mn—first with a street party led by DJ Cupcakes, then an after-party at Ayala Triangle Gardens with beats by The Studio Dance Club.
