Travelers heading between Manila and the Bicol Region can now look forward to a more restful journey, as Cagsawa Travel and Tours, Inc. introduces the country’s first THACO sleeper buses, recently turned over by BJ Mercantile, Inc. (BJM), the official distributor of THACO commercial vehicles in the Philippines.
Designed with passenger comfort and ease in mind, the THACO Mobihome sleeper bus introduces a more relaxed way to travel long distances. Built by THACO AUTO, the buses blend thoughtful engineering with a calm, contemporary design inspired by the beauty of the universe and the flowing lines of nature. Subtle exterior details, including a refined front grille and modern LED headlights, give the buses a clean, cohesive look without feeling overstated.

Inside, the emphasis is firmly on rest and personal space. Working closely with Cagsawa Travel and Tours, the interiors were shaped around how passengers actually travel, sleep, and unwind on long journeys.

The bus features 20 private sleeper cabins, each finished with premium materials and careful attention to detail. Passengers can settle in with individual LCD screens, reading lights, and convenient Type A and Type C charging ports, while an onboard toilet adds to overall comfort and practicality. Soft ambient lighting and UV ceiling lights help create a quiet, hotel-like atmosphere that encourages uninterrupted rest.
