Yamaha Motor Philippines continued its 2026 Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) campaign with encouraging results at Mobility Resort Motegi in Japan, as its riders delivered solid performances against some of the region’s top competitors in Round 3 of the series.
Leading the charge was McKinley Kyle Paz of the Hong Leong Yamaha Racing Team in the highly competitive Supersport 600 class. Fresh off a podium finish in the previous round, Paz maintained his strong form at the iconic Japanese circuit, securing P9 in Race 1 and improving to P7 in Race 2.
In the Underbone 150 category, Yamaha Racetech Philippines Racing Team riders April King Mascardo and Timothy Rojas continued their development on the international stage.

Mascardo delivered another consistent weekend, finishing P8 in Race 1 and P7 in Race 2 to continue building momentum in the championship standings. Rojas, meanwhile, battled through a tough field with a P18 finish in Race 1 and P20 in Race 2
While Yamaha Philippines did not add to its podium tally in Japan, the team viewed the weekend as another important step in its pursuit of international racing success.
Round 4 of the 2026 Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) will take place at the Mandalika International Circuit in Indonesia on August 7 to 9.
