vivo unveiled its new flagship V50 smartphone at a vibrant launch event on February 27 at the Maybank Performing Arts Theater. The event featured brand ambassador Alden Richards and celebrities Enchong Dee, Gretchen Ho, Nicole Cordoves, and BJ Pascual, all dressed in red to highlight the V50’s Ancora Red color.
The vivo V50 boasts a powerful 50MP ZEISS all main camera system, designed for professional-grade portrait photography. Its versatile focal lengths (23mm, 35mm, and 50mm) promise exceptional clarity and creative flexibility.
The device also features a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4,500nits peak brightness, protected by Diamond Shield Glass.
Powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage, the V50 also includes a robust 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
Other features include stereo speakers, 5G, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and Android 15-based FunTouchOS 15.

Pre-order for the vivo V50 is open until March 14, where in you can avail of a P2,000 discount. It will be available for claiming from March 15 to 31, and will come with a free vivo TWS 3e and a VIP card. The V50 is available in Ancora Red, Mist Purple, and Satin Black.
