Your next workout, hike, or cycling adventure could now tell one complete story. Garmin’s new fēnix 9 series introduces Garmin Epic, alongside new stamina tools and hardware upgrades aimed at serious athletes and adventurers.
Garmin Epic, available through Garmin Connect, lets users group multiple activities recorded over days, weeks or months into a single, cohesive log.. Users can review their health and performance data, add photos and share the experience with friends and family.
The watches also introduce enhanced stamina tracking, including stamina zones and a stamina curve, which show how endurance changes based on fitness gains and training history. The tools are designed to help athletes better understand their limits and pace themselves during activities.
The fēnix 9 features an AMOLED display that is twice as bright as its predecessor, a scratch-resistant sapphire lens, leakproof buttons, and a 40-meter dive rating. It also gets upgraded built-in maps, with 50% more RAM and a faster map engine for smoother navigation.
The fēnix 9 is available in 43mm, 47mm, and 51mm sizes and starts at P62,690.
The fēnix 9 Pro takes the lineup further with a titanium watch case and AMOLED displays reaching up to 3,000 nits. Its 51mm model features a larger 1.5-inch AMOLED display, while select Pro models offer solar charging for up to 57 days of battery life. An integrated LED flashlight also gains a green-light mode for preserving night vision.
The fēnix 9 Pro starts at P72,690.
Pre-orders run from August 27 to September 10 at Garmin Brand Stores, Garmin Specialty Stores, and Kinetic. The watches will also be sold through Garmin’s official e-commerce platforms and Garmin Philippines. They will be available in the Philippines starting September 16.
