Shopping for LifeWear is getting an upgrade as UNIQLO Philippines launches a refreshed version of its mobile app, introducing personalized recommendations, outfit inspiration, and streamlined order management in one platform.
The updated UNIQLO App is designed to simplify the customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase support through a more intuitive interface and enhanced personalization tools.
Among the key additions is a new Styling Guide, which offers outfit inspiration featuring LifeWear essentials, helping customers discover fresh ways to wear everyday pieces. Enhanced wish list capabilities also make it easier to save favorite items and curate future purchases, while similar product recommendations on select product pages allow users to explore related styles, colors, and alternatives with just a few taps.
The app also introduces improved order tracking and online return functionality, enabling customers to monitor purchases and process returns more conveniently without visiting a physical store.
To access the updated experience, existing users are encouraged to complete a one-time password refresh after downloading or updating to the latest version of the UNIQLO App. Users simply need to tap “Forgot Password,” enter the email address linked to their UNIQLO account, and create a new password using the instructions sent to their inbox.
