
Sharp Philippines highlighted its commitment to enhancing customer experience and promoting product awareness at its “Sharper Together” Media Conference and Dealers Appreciation Night held at Solaire Vertis North.
Since 1982, Sharp Philippines has remained steadfast in its mission to deliver quality appliances tailored to the unique needs of Filipino consumers. “[O]ur success is not just a result of our innovative products, but also the strong partnerships we have built with our dealers and the trust we have earned from our customers,” said Kazuo Kito, President and General Manager.
“We treasure and nurture these relationships, recognizing that they are essential to delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. By working closely with our dealers, we ensure that our products are readily available and that our customers receive the best possible experience,” he added.
As part of this initiative, Sharp is rolling out a series of exhibits nationwide, designed to provide customers with hands-on product experiences.


These sales events include the KOTEN individual exhibits, which are designed to drive strong sales performance while attracting new customers and increasing awareness of Sharp’s innovative products; J-Tech (Japan Technology) Festival featuring energy-saving Japanese inverter technology; Kuuki Festival focused on indoor air quality; Oto Festival celebrating Sharp’s audio innovations; and Aquos Matsuri, an exhibition of Sharp’s cutting-edge TVs, including the XLED series.


There will also be a Labadaba Day, which offers free trials of Sharp’s fully automatic washing machines along with fun activities and dealer education sessions.
To further enhance service, Sharp also announced the soft launch of its upgraded After-Sales VIP Program in the third quarter of this year, followed by a full launch in the last quarter. The VIP program offers exclusive benefits, including up to 20% discount on parts and labor for repairs, free check-ups and evaluation, priority service for faster assistance, 20% discount on air conditioning and air purifier cleaning, among others.
Registering purchased units is also made easier with Sharp’s E-Service platform. This online warranty service provides real-time service updates, automated systems, a comprehensive product registration database, and fast response times.
Sharp is also making communication simpler. Their toll-free customer care line (1-800-1-888-4952) is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, while for around-the-clock assistance, customers may message Sharp Philippines on Messenger.
