The 2023 World Car of the Year is available in only one variant for the local market: the GLS 2WD Long Range, which retails for P3,798,000.

Customers have several choices for exterior color: Abyss Black Pearl, Serenity White Pearl, Curated Silver Metallic, Gravity Gold Matte, Nocturne Gray Matte, Biophilic Blue Pearl, Digital Green Pearl, and Ultimate Red Metallic. Meanwhile, the choices for the interior are black and gray.

Each purchase comes with a 5-year/200,000km vehicle warranty and 8-year/160,000km battery warranty. The PMS for 5 years/75,000 kilometers and home installation of the standard 7.4 kilowatts AC wall charger are free of charge.

The Hyundai IONIQ 6 is an exciting mid-size sedan that combines both functionality and appealing design. It features a sleek, curved roof that gives it a sporty profile while maximizing interior space.

The front showcases Hyundai’s signature Parametric Pixel LED lamps, along with active air flaps and air curtains.

The side of the car boasts flush type door handles, two-color cladding, and impressive 20-inch alloy wheels with special performance tires.

At the rear, you’ll find matching Parametric Pixel LEDs in the combination lamps, a high-mounted stop lamp, rear-reflector, and backup lamp. The rear spoiler adds a unique touch with its eye-catching combination of see-through materials.

The IONIQ 6 offers a comfortable and versatile in-car experience with its winglet-shaped dashboard and bridge-shaped center console. It prioritizes safety and space efficiency on Hyundai’s dedicated E-GMP platform, featuring a flat floor structure that maximizes interior space, especially in the second-row seats.

The car includes specialized storage options like a sliding glove box, spacious pocket rooms, and an open-style tray.

The 12.3-inches digital cluster and 12.3-inches infotainment touchscreen have been merged into a single screen for a larger view and easier access. The steering wheel incorporates four LED pixel lights instead of the traditional emblem, while line-lights on the dashboard adapt to various actions.

The IONIQ 6 offers driver-centric safety and convenience features. It introduces the electric-Active Sound Design (e-ASD), which enhances the driving environment with virtual sounds that sync with driving speed, motor torque, and accelerator pedal.

The Head-Up Display (HUD) on the windshield provides high-definition driving information, adjustable for driver comfort. Wide-angle cameras and Surround View Monitor (SVM) eliminate blind spots for confident driving and parking.

Passengers have access to five USB ports, including one with data transfer support, and a fast wireless charging pad. The car supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth multi-connection for up to two devices simultaneously.

Standard across Hyundai vehicles is the Hyundai SmartSense safety suite. The IONIQ 6 includes new features like Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2, which assists with emergency braking or avoidance steering as well as Forward, Side, and Reverse Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist, which warns you of obstructions during parking.

The IONIQ 6 offers 400 volts and 800 volts multi-charging capability, supporting V2L (Vehicle-To-Load) technology that provides about 62kWh of usable power.

The IONIQ 6 boasts the brand’s best EV range to date, with the 2WD Long Range Model on 20-inch wheels capable of running up to 545 kilometers. Charging from 10% to 80% takes just 18 minutes. Additionally, the car features VESS (Virtual Engine Sound System) to audibly announce the vehicle’s status to the user.
