Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is expanding its after-sales support through a new partnership with the Automobile Association Philippines (AAP), giving eligible owners free 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERS) starting August 2026.
The program covers new Toyota Tamaraw and Lite Ace units sold beginning this month, with membership valid for one year from the vehicle release date.
Under the program, eligible owners can request assistance for flat tires, battery boosting, minor on-site mechanical repairs, emergency fuel delivery, and towing. Towing assistance covers one intervention or up to 25 kilometers to the nearest Toyota dealership.
Customers can activate their membership by scanning the QR code included with their membership card. They may also contact their authorized Toyota dealership for program details and registration.
The roadside assistance program provides added support for Tamaraw and Lite Ace owners, many of whom rely on the vehicles for business, family, and everyday transportation needs. For the locally manufactured Tamaraw, the initiative also adds another layer of support to its ownership experience.
TMP and AAP have maintained a partnership through various road safety and motoring initiatives, including the Toyota Gazoo Racing Philippine Cup.
