Maxim Rides & Food Delivery officially launched its motorcycle taxi service in Batangas City in December 2025, making it the city’s first fully licensed motorcycle ride-hailing service.
The launch introduces residents to a new option for safe, reliable, and affordable mobility, particularly suited to navigating congested urban roads.
Maxim executives, headed by Mark Jazpher Dinglasan, head of Maxim Batangas, joined company officials and local government representatives at the launch.
Dinglasan walked attendees through the service’s fare system, highlighting Maxim’s commitment to safe, professional transport. He added that the affordable minimum fare makes the service accessible even during heavy traffic, while also opening up earning opportunities for motorcycle owners.

Following the formal program, the first batch of 30 driver-partners, together with local officials, took part in a live demonstration. Drivers showcased safety maneuvers and responsible riding practices, reflecting the comprehensive training required under Maxim’s strict standards.
Maxim entered the Philippine market in 2020, launching first in Cebu. Since then, the company has expanded its services to 18 additional cities nationwide. Aside from delivery services, Maxim operates as a licensed Transport Network Company authorized to pre-arrange car-based passenger transport, and currently participates in motorcycle taxi pilot programs in Metro Manila and Cagayan de Oro.
