CMF by Nothing is giving portable audio a more customizable look with the Speaker S and Speaker M, two new speakers featuring removable front panels and volume knobs that users can personalize with 3D-printed components.
The two models offer different audio setups, with the Speaker S designed for everyday listening and the Speaker M delivering a more powerful output for bigger spaces and gatherings.

The Speaker S features a 45mm full-range driver and two passive radiators, delivering up to 10W RMS output. The Speaker M, meanwhile, uses a dedicated woofer and tweeter for a 35W RMS output and a frequency range of 60Hz to 20kHz.
Both speakers support the Nothing X app, where users can adjust their sound through Balanced, More Bass, More Treble, and Voice EQ presets. Additional features include Ultra Bass and Adaptive Tuning.

Its milk-carton-inspired upright design comes in white, dark grey, orange, and turquoise. The front panels and volume knob can be removed and swapped out, letting users mix and match colors or trade components with friends for a more personalized look. Those with access to a 3D printer can also make their own custom parts.

Both speakers carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, with protection against submersion in up to 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes under specified conditions.

Connectivity options include Bluetooth 6.0, NFC tap-to-pair, dual-source connection, and USB-C digital audio. Users can also pair speakers through Stereo Mode for left- and right-channel playback or Party Mode, which uses Auracast to connect compatible speakers. Night Mode limits maximum loudness to approximately 60% of Standard Mode.

CMF by Nothing claims up to 18 hours of playback on a full charge at 50% volume with Ultra Bass enabled. A full charge takes around three hours, while a 10-minute charge can provide up to one hour of playback.
The CMF Speaker S and Speaker M are priced at $59 and $109, respectively. Philippine pricing have yet to be announced.
