Exciting news for LEGO fans! The LEGO Group, in partnership with Ban Kee Trading, Inc., is set to open a new LEGO Certified Store at Ayala Manila Bay.
This exciting addition to the Philippine LEGO scene opens its doors on October 26, promising a haven for families and fans to unleash their creativity and build unforgettable memories through hands-on play.
The grand opening promises a unique celebration of Filipino culture seamlessly woven into the in-store experience.
“We wanted to incorporate what makes our Filipino culture unique into the in-store experience,” shared Justin Bautista, Sales and Marketing Manager at Ban Kee Trading. “Filipinos value strong family bonds and a sense of community, so we’ve infused these elements into the store experience and created an environment that feels welcoming and familiar to the Filipino LEGO fans. Ultimately, we want our guests to build not just bricks, but also memories that reflect our identity.”
The new store launch introduces the LEGO Passport program—an exciting first for the Philippines. This exclusive initiative allows LEGO fans to collect stamps from various LEGO stores, including limited-edition stamps for special events, set launches, and more.
Joining is easy: simply follow LEGO Certified Store PH and Ban Kee Bricks social media pages, snap a selfie at the store, and share it using the official hashtags. This limited-edition passport is only available at the Manila Bay store from October 26 to November 8. After November 8, it will be available in other LCS stores.
Store visitors will also get to see the LEGO Graphics Mural Wall, a visual tribute to the Philippines’ rich cultural heritage. Featuring landmarks like Mayon Volcano and Baguio’s famous Lion Head, as well as cultural icons like the Barong Tagalog and the majestic Philippine Eagle, the mural offers a unique way for Filipino guests to connect with their roots through LEGO’s iconic brick medium.
Adding to the store’s unique appeal is the exclusive 3D model of the Mamang Sorbetero and his iconic Philippine ice cream cart.
To celebrate the grand opening, the LEGO Certified Store Manila Bay will have a variety of exciting promotions.
With a minimum purchase of P6,000, customers will receive a free LEGO Foldable Shoppers Bag, a 40528 LEGO Brand Retail Store set, and a 40691 Mythical Pegasus set.
Additionally, shoppers who spend at least P5,000 on LEGO sets will receive a P500 voucher, valid until the end of the year.
LEGO Certified Store Ayala Malls Manila Bay is located on the ground floor of the mall’s Building B, near the Lumbera Road mall entrance.
