Isuzu Philippines Corporation has partnered with Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) to support the Caravan for Peace and Solidarity – Padayon sa Prelatura sa Marawi, a nationwide initiative aimed at helping rebuild the church and restore hope in Marawi.
As part of the partnership, Isuzu Philippines is providing an Isuzu NMR truck to assist with the caravan’s transportation and logistical needs as it travels across the country. The vehicle will help transport essential materials, supplies, and personnel involved in the campaign, supporting communities participating in the rebuilding effort.
Led by ACN, a global pontifical foundation that supports humanitarian and pastoral missions, the caravan seeks to raise awareness and funds for the reconstruction of the Prelature of St. Mary in Marawi ahead of its 50th anniversary this November.
“At Isuzu, we believe that being a responsible partner goes beyond providing vehicle – it means supporting initiatives that uplift communities and create lasting impact. Through this collaboration with ACN, we are honored to play a part in helping bring hope to Marawi. No contribution is too small when it comes to rebuilding lives and strengthening communities,” said IPC Sales Division Head Robert Carlos.
Throughout the caravan, the Isuzu NMR truck will serve as a support vehicle for transporting cargo and materials. The truck is powered by Isuzu’s Blue Power diesel engine, which is designed to deliver fuel efficiency, stable handling, and low maintenance requirements.
