Gaming setups don’t have to take over the house. IKEA and XBOX are proving just that with YXSTABY, a nine-piece collection that brings together gaming functionality and home-friendly design.
It’s an unexpected partnership that makes perfect sense. With an estimated three billion gamers worldwide, gaming has become part of everyday life—and increasingly, how people use and organize their living spaces. So why shouldn’t gaming furniture look as good as the rest of the home?
Drawing on IKEA’s expertise in furniture design and XBOX’s understanding of what gamers need, the collection offers clever solutions for homes where space is shared and every corner serves a purpose.
Take the gaming lounge chair (P6,999)), designed to support both the forward-leaning position of competitive play and the laid-back comfort of longer gaming sessions.
A rolling side table (P9,999) keeps accessories within reach, while the laptop stand (P1,799) doubles as storage for gaming essentials. The monitor stand (P1,999) also helps create a more organized setup while placing the screen at a comfortable viewing height.
For households where rooms serve multiple functions, the TV stand on castors (P6,999) is particularly practical. Move your gaming setup from the bedroom to the living room for multiplayer sessions, then roll it away when it’s time to reclaim the space.
The collection also has fun nods to Xbox’s iconic controller, including a D-pad-inspired cushion (P999) and stainless steel platter, a thumbstick-inspired tilting stool (P2,999), and a mirrored display box (P1,499) for showcasing prized controllers and collectibles.
The YXSTABY collection is available at the IKEA showroom, Mall of Asia, Pasay, and online at ikea.com.ph.
