HONOR Philippines has officially unveiled the HONOR Magic V2 in the Philippines.
The thin and light foldable is priced at P79,999 and is available for pre-order on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop from February 21 to March 1. Those who will purchase during the pre-order period will get freebies worth P28,000, which include an HONOR Watch GS 3 and a Harman Kardon Aura Studio 4 Hi-Fi speaker.
The HONOR Magic V2 weighs just 231g and measures 9.9mm when folded. This slim profile is made possible by using innovative materials like titanium alloy in the hinge and second-generation nanocrystal glass. The hinge can endure over 400,000 folds, and the nanocrystal glass provides 10 times better drop resistance than regular glass.
Both inner and outer displays feature a high 120Hz refresh rate. The 7.92-inch foldable LTPO OLED screen has a peak brightness of 1600nits and stylus support. The outer screen is a 6.43-inch LTPO display with a peak brightness of 2,500 nits, stylus support, and NanoCrystal Glass 2.0.
Both panels support 10-bit color, HDR10+, and 3840Hz PWM dimming technology, with TÜV Rheinland flicker-free certification.
Its camera setup consists of a 50MP f/1.9 main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide with AF, and a 20MP f/2.4 telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom. The outer display houses a 16MP f/2.2 camera.
The Magic V2 is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 octa-core processor and comes with 16GB RAM 512GB storage. Its 5000mAh dual-cell silicon-carbon battery is good for all-day use and can be quickly charged via the included 66W supercharger.
