Coins.ph has partnered with Vietnam-based financial technology company Best Way Corporation (FinFan) to make sending money between the two countries faster, easier, and more affordable. The two firms signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) during the Singapore FinTech Festival.

Under the partnership, Coins.ph will use its licensed infrastructure to convert funds into US dollars before sending them through a standard international remittance channel to FinFan. Once received, FinFan will handle the local distribution of the funds in Vietnam. This setup is expected to provide a smoother and more transparent remittance experience for individuals and families who rely on cross-border transfers.

By combining Coins.ph’s strength as a licensed Electronic Payment and Financial Services provider with FinFan’s wide local payout network, both companies aim to boost financial inclusion and improve cross-border services across Southeast Asia’s fast-growing digital economy.

Both companies say the partnership reflects their shared goal of modernizing the remittance industry with secure, scalable, and compliant solutions. New financial technologies now account for an estimated 23% of global remittance flows, with Asia’s tech-driven remittance volume projected to reach $250 billion by 2028.

The core appeal of these modern systems is speed: transfers can often be completed within minutes, any time of day—offering a major advantage over traditional, slower methods.
