To mark the season of love and good fortune, SM Supermalls is hosting a range of Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day-themed activities across its malls this February.
Visitors can explore a unified Chinese New Year and Valentine’s pop-up bazaar, featuring curated artisanal crafts and festive treats from participating tenants. From stickers and bag charms to eco bags, phone cases, accessories, and packaged snacks, the bazaar offers a variety of gift options for the season. Interactive claw machines add a playful touch, giving shoppers a chance to win zodiac-themed plushies and small keepsakes.
Food takes a central role in the celebration, with SM encouraging diners to enjoy traditional Chinese dishes with a Valentine’s twist. Guests can gather at their favorite Chinese restaurants to share dim sum, long noodles, and other festive fare, marking both the Month of Hearts and the Year of the Horse. Diners are also invited to share their experiences online using the hashtag #CNYMustTry.

Participating SM malls are also hosting creative horoscope installations inspired by the Year of the Horse. These interactive spaces offer mallgoers a chance to explore themes of love, luck, and opportunity while capturing photo-worthy moments.

Festivities are rounded out with lively lion and dragon dance performances, filling the malls with rhythmic drums and energetic movement.
