Canon has officially introduced the new imagePROGRAF TC-21, the latest addition to its imagePROGRAF line and successor to the compact TC-20 desktop large format printer.

Designed for professionals in architecture, design, and marketing, the TC-21 brings upgraded features for improved usability, printing versatility, and environmental sustainability.

The imagePROGRAF TC-21 is built with space efficiency in mind. All essential tasks, including paper loading and ink refilling, can be done from the front. Its tiltable operation panel allows users to adjust the viewing angle for greater comfort and usability—even when the printer is placed on a low shelf.

The printer comes with an enhanced Auto Sheet Feeder (ASF), which supports a wider range of print media including A1+ roll paper, A4 and A3 sheets, postcards, envelopes, and labels—ideal for producing materials like posters, flyers, and architectural drawings.

It also has a “Minimal Margin Printing” function for edge-to-edge visuals and integrated image processing technology to deliver vibrant prints even on plain paper. The printer is compatible with Canon’s free design software, PosterArtist, to help users create eye-catching marketing materials.

In line with Canon’s commitment to sustainability, the imagePROGRAF TC-21 uses about 5% recycled steel and 40% recycled resin in its construction. The packaging, on the other hand, is made from recyclable cardboard instead of traditional polystyrene foam. The printer has also achieved EPEAT Gold status for its eco-friendly design.
