Filipino families looking for more convenient ways to manage their health can access doctor consultations, mental health support, and digital wellness tools through the mWell Family Plan 399, available to PLDT Home Fiber subscribers.
Offered through a partnership between PLDT Home Life and mWell, the plan costs P399 per month and covers up to four family members. It aims to make healthcare more accessible by allowing families to consult medical professionals and monitor their well-being through digital services at home.
The plan was highlighted during a recent pickleball event organized by PLDT Home Life and mWell, where celebrities, media personalities, and PLDT Home Fiber customers gathered for friendly matches and wellness activities. Among the celebrities who joined were Eric “Eruption” Tai, Nicole Cordoves, Cherry Pie Picache, and Nikki Valdez.
For P399 a month, subscribers can access several healthcare and wellness features designed for everyday use.
These include unlimited on-demand teleconsultations with licensed general practitioners for up to four family members, as well as unlimited access to certified mental health coaches.
The plan also comes with the mWell Fam Dashboard, which lets users track and manage health information for their household. Through the app, subscribers can monitor physical activity, steps, inactivity, and sleep quality using the mWellness Score, while the Mind Health Score offers tools for monitoring emotional well-being and practicing mental wellness exercises.
Subscribers also receive a free mWell Prestige Watch, which connects to the app to track indicators such as heart rate, steps, and sleep. The primary subscriber is additionally covered by annual, replenishable P20,000 personal accident insurance.
