With electricity bills taking a sizable bite out of household budgets, many Filipino families are looking for ways to manage energy costs without sacrificing everyday comfort. Anker SOLIX, the clean energy brand of Anker Innovations, is addressing this need with a lineup of solar and portable power solutions.
Through a partnership with local electronics distributor NAVCO and solar energy company GoPrime, the brand aims to make home energy storage more accessible, with a target payback period of around three years for a typical residential solar installation with battery storage.
The launch introduces three products designed for different household needs: the SOLIX HE Hybrid, SolarBank 4, and S2000.
The SOLIX XE Hybrid is designed to power an entire home while helping households use more of the electricity generated by their solar panels. According to the company’s estimates, pairing the system with eight to 10 panels could generate 7,440 to 9,300 kilowatt-hours (kWh) annually, potentially offsetting around P64,700 to P80,900 in electricity costs at an assumed rate of P14.50 per kWh.

For households looking for a smaller setup, the SolarBank 4 offers another entry point into solar power. Paired with four to six panels, it could generate approximately 3,720 to 5,580 kWh annually, with estimated electricity cost offsets of P32,300 to P48,600, depending on the configuration.

Meanwhile, the S2000 is a portable power solution aimed at people who work remotely, travel frequently, enjoy outdoor activities, or need backup power in smaller living spaces.

NAVCO will handle distribution, marketing, and retail development, while GoSolar will oversee system design, installation, and technical support for applicable home energy products.
The partners plan to expand availability through retail and e-commerce channels in Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao. They are also exploring installment financing options and expanding their network of installation partners.
Actual savings and payback periods will vary depending on installation costs, household electricity use, solar exposure, and system configuration. Interested buyers should confirm the complete installed cost and expected savings before investing.
