Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) held its 2024 Yamaha Summit on February 1, where the company showcased its commitment to elevating its brand and connecting with customers on a deeper level.

During the summit, Yamaha Motor Philippines received recognition from the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) as the best in customer service among motor vehicle retailers.

PDI partnered with the worldwide data and business intelligence platform Statista. An independent poll of over 11,000 Filipino customers who had either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about goods or services over the previous three years was used to determine the Philippines’ Best Customer Service 2023 rankings.

The company’s achievement in customer service contributes to its credibility and positions YMPH for continued growth in the motor vehicle industry.

The summit also highlighted Yamaha’s focus on building strong connections, connecting the passion for their machines from dealers to end-users.
