Xpress Super App is rolling out a new lifeline for Filipino ride-hailing drivers through Xpress Go, a TNVS program that charges zero commission fees for the first 60 days on the platform. The move is designed to put more money directly into drivers’ pockets at a time when fuel prices continue to strain household budgets.

The initiative was launched following the national energy emergency declared by Malacañang in March 2026 and was developed in coordination with the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB). Xpress said the program seeks to provide immediate financial relief while laying the groundwork for a gradual shift toward cleaner and more sustainable transportation.
Drivers who sign up and activate with Xpress Go between June 12 and August 31, 2026 will pay no commission during their first 60 days on the platform, followed by a permanent 12% commission rate locked in writing through December 31, 2026.
Participants can also earn an additional P4,000 per month through the Vehicle Branding Program, driver milestone bonuses of up to P5,000 during the first 60 days, and referral incentives of P1,000 each for both the referrer and qualified new driver when the new driver completes 100 trips within 30 days.
The program is limited to 500 driver slots in Metro Manila, with priority given to operators using or transitioning to hybrid and electric vehicles through Xpress’ financing partnership with Cebuana Lhuillier and other partners.
A driver completing 10 to 12 trips a day at P300 average fare keeps between P18,000 and P21,600 more per month than on a 20% commission platform. Over the 60-day relief period, that amounts to an additional P36,000 to P43,000 before milestone bonuses, decal payments, and referral incentives.
Since officially launching in July 2024, Xpress Super App has acquired over 120 hybrid and electric vehicles and built partnerships with BYD and Cebuana Lhuillier to support driver transition to cleaner and sustainable mobility solutions. It is now exploring expanding its EV fleet with GAC and Hongqi.
How drivers can join
TNVS drivers in Metro Manila can sign up at www.xpress.ph/xpressgo, through the Xpress Driver App, at activation booths across NCR, or via the official Ka-Xpress Partners Facebook page.
Required documents include professional driver’s license, NBI clearance, vehicle OR/CR, LTFRB Provisional Authority or active TNVS franchise, and proof of insurance. Onboarding is processed within 48 hours.
