XPeng is officially entering the Philippine EV market with six variants spanning two distinctly different vehicles. The L03 brings the brand into the P1.5-million-plus segment, while the seven-seat X9 sits at the top of the lineup at as much as P4.058 million.
Officially launched at the SM Mall of Asia Arena last September 25, XPeng’s Philippine lineup consists of battery-electric models and one range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) of the L03, and two X9 variants. Customer deliveries are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
At the top of the range is the XPeng X9, available as the P3,858,000 Long Range and the P4,058,000 version with the Second Row Premium Seat Package. Both use a 110-kWh battery and front-wheel-drive electric powertrain producing 235 kW and 450 Nm, with up to 615 km of claimed range.
The two versions mainly differ in their second-row configurations. The Premium Seat Package adds four-way powered headrests and 16-point massage, while the Long Range gets Zero-Gravity seats and a central aisle that provides easier access to the third row.
The X9 also features active rear-wheel steering, which gives the large MPV a claimed 5.4-meter turning radius, along with dual-chamber air suspension and a powered third row that folds beneath the floor for additional cargo space. XPeng says the X9 can charge from 10 to 80 percent in around 12 minutes with a compatible DC fast charger under optimal conditions.
Meanwhile, the L03 lineup starts at P1,548,000 for the EV Standard Range. The EV Long Range costs P1,698,000, while the range-topping EV RWD Long Range Ultra is priced at P2,058,000. The REEV sits between them at P1,598,000.
The L03 EV variants offer claimed ranges of up to 445km, 520km, and 480km, respectively. The REEV pairs a 37.2-kWh battery with up to 215km of pure-electric range and a claimed combined range of up to 1,017km. Its engine generates electricity for the battery rather than directly driving the wheels.
All L03 variants feature rear-wheel drive, five seats, a 15.6-inch touchscreen, and XPeng’s driver-assistance and safety technologies.
XPeng is also offering maintenance, roadside assistance, warranty coverage, and charging equipment as part of its ownership packages.
Customers may reserve the Xpeng X9 for P25,000 or the Xpeng L03 for P10,000 by sending a message to @xpengphilippines on Facebook or Instagram. They may also opt to visit dealerships in Greenhills, Makati, North EDSA, and Cebu.
At the launch, XPeng also introduced actress and television host Anne Curtis as its Philippine brand ambassador. According to Xpeng, Curtis’ sophisticated style, broad appeal, and ability to remain relevant across generations reflect the brand’s premium, modern, and technology-led identity.
