The 2026 Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) Philippine Cup has crowned its champions after four race weekends, with Alain Gabriel Alzona, Bern Zaragoza, and Iñigo Anton taking the top honors in their respective classes.
Representing Toyota General Santos – Davao Racing, Resultado Racing, and Obengers Racing, respectively, the three drivers emerged victorious following the season’s final race weekend on October 24 at Clark International Speedway in Mabalacat, Pampanga.

The season featured Vios one-make race cars competing in the Super Sporting, Sporting, and Legacy classes, alongside the Tamaraw one-make race cars in the Tamaraw Class.
The final weekend delivered its share of drama. In the Super Sporting Class’ double-points sprint race, Joaquin Garrido took the lead at the first turn but later encountered trouble and had to make an unscheduled trip to the pits. Red Diwa also went off track following contact with Garrido but managed to return to the race.

The Tamaraw Class saw a late change in the running order when Raymond Cudala went off course on the final lap while defending his lead against Oliver Aquino. David Enzo Ison initially crossed the finish line first, but a time penalty for exceeding track limits dropped him to third.
Toyota also used the final race weekend to announce several developments for 2027. The GR 86 OMR car made its public track debut, while a dedicated GR 86 Class was confirmed for next season. Toyota Motor Philippines President Masando Hashimoto also announced plans to open Rookie Racing Garage Manila, a new destination for car enthusiasts.

Fans also had plenty to explore off the track, including sim racing, remote-control car activities, merchandise stalls, and booths selling automotive parts and accessories.
