VinFast has officially launched its Early Booking Program for three new electric motorcycle models in the Philippines, further expanding its all-electric mobility lineup in Southeast Asia.

The launch comes less than a month after VinFast opened bookings for the same models in Indonesia.

From June 10 to July 18, customers can reserve any of the three models—VinFast Evo, Feliz II, and Viper—through VinFast’s official Philippine website or authorized dealerships nationwide. A non-refundable booking fee of P3,000 is required, while early buyers will receive incentives worth P5,600.

VinFast is offering flexible ownership options to suit different customer needs. Buyers may choose a battery subscription plan with battery-swapping privileges or purchase the motorcycle with one or two batteries included.

The VinFast Evo is priced at P70,000 (with battery subscription), P82,700 (including one battery), and P95,400 (including two batteries).

The VinFast Feliz II is priced at P72,400 (with battery subscription), P85,100 (one battery), and P97,800 (two batteries).

Meanwhile, the VinFast Viper is priced at P81,900 (with battery subscription), P94,600 (one battery), and P107,300 (two batteries).

The first deliveries to customers in the Philippines are expected to begin from July.

All three models are powered by a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor. The Viper and Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h, while the Evo has a top speed of 80 km/h.

Each e-motorcycle features dual battery compartments beneath the seat and can accommodate up to two 1.5 kWh LFP batteries. With both batteries installed, riders can travel up to 150 kilometers under standard conditions.

Customers may subscribe to batteries for P439 per battery per month, while battery swaps cost P35 each. In addition to home charging, VinFast is working with charging infrastructure developer V-Green to roll out battery-swapping stations across the Philippines.
