Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is all geared up to bring heart-pumping action at the Toyota Gazoo Racing (TGR) Festival 2023, happening on August 23 and 24 at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila.
The TGR Festival is a free admission event that gathers motorsports fans and enthusiasts to celebrate their shared love and passion for cars and racing.
Witness world-class driving exhibitions by Morizo (the racing alter-ego of Toyota Motor Corporation Chairman Akio Toyoda) and international racers Katsuta Norihiko and Sasaki Masahiro featuring the legendary TGR race cars: the Toyota WRC Yaris and Red Bull GR Corolla.
They will also be joined by Philippine racing pride Alex Perez, Luis Gono, and TGR Ambassador Marlon Stockinger, who will exhibit their skills in drifting and gymkhana using the GR Supra, GR Yaris, and GR 86. Celebrity Ryan Agoncillo will also take part in the driving action as the representative of Team TGR Philippines of the TGR Vios Cup.
At the TGR Fest, you’ll not only watch the GR Supra, GR Yaris, and GR 86 zoom around the tracks, but you can also ride shotgun on these cars with the pro racers and even observe the GR race cars being readied and serviced at the pit.

Beyond the tracks, the excitement continues with live performances by local bands and artists. Day one features beloved acts Ben & Ben and OPM legend Ely Buendia, while August 24 offers back-to-back performances from Parokya ni Edgar and Kamikazee. More artists and personalities will join them, including TGR Vios Cup racers to bring energy to the crowd.
August 24 sees the finest sim racers from the 2023 TGR Gran Turismo Cup vie for victory at the Grandstand. Three TGR GT Cup National Finals winners will advance to the Asia Regional Rounds to represent the country.
