Suzuki Philippines Inc. donated six motor vehicles to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for the agency’s practical driving examinations and law enforcement efforts.
Five units of Avenis scooters and one unit of S-Presso were turned over on October 5 at LTO’s Main Branch in East Avenue.
As an advocate of road safety, Suzuki Philippines is one with the LTO’s rally to improve land transportation services and facilities and effectively implement various transportation laws, rules, and regulations.
“Suzuki hopes that through these vehicles, we will be able to further increase the efficiency of the agency’s operations,” said Suzuki President Koichiro Hirao.
“Suzuki and LTO have been partners for a long time. In fact, we initiated a Learn to Ride Program with the agency before and we look forward to do similar activities, which aim to foster road safety to all our motorists in the future,” added Suzuki Managing Director Norminio Mojica.
