Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has officially opened registrations for the highly anticipated 5th season of the Toyota Gazoo Racing Gran Turismo Cup (TGR GT Cup).
This premier sim racing tournament brings together the best Filipino racers from across the country, offering a chance to win exciting prizes, including cash, exclusive GR merchandise, Autocross seats, and a spot representing the Philippines at the Asia Finals in Malaysia.
This year’s TGR GT Cup introduces a new competition format. The qualifiers, taking place from July 26 to August 3, will test the players’ speed in a time-attack challenge. The 40 fastest racers will then advance to the quarterfinals.
Registrants can choose to compete in the qualifiers online or showcase their skills on-site at the Toyota Motor Philippines Marketing office in Makati City.
The Top 20 players from the quarterfinals will then advance to the semifinals, which will determine the Top 10 who will battle it out in the national finals.
The national finals will be the final stage for the Top 3 winners before they go on to represent the Philippines at the Asia Finals in Malaysia later this year.
The quarterfinals, semifinals and national finals will be an on-site event in Metro Manila on August 17-18. Participants will compete in a series of thrilling sprint races to determine their standing.

To participate, players must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines, 14 years old or older at the time of registration, and have an active PlayStation Network (PSN) account and active PS PLUS subscription.
