Smartphone manufacturers tend to prioritize giving a premium look and feel to their devices—slim, lightweight, and with unique brand touches. Because let’s be honest, looks matter.
realme, on the other hand, is taking a different approach with its latest addition to its entry-level C series. The realme C75 is built tough, boasting three Ingress Protection (IP) ratings for worry-free use.
Tough as nails
IP ratings are always a welcome feature, but let’s be real—most damage comes from accidental drops, spills, and clumsy handling. If you’re the type who’s always on the go (or just a little accident-prone), the realme C75 has you covered.

Don’t let the svelte appearance fool you. The C75 has IP69–the highest level of protection–which means it is completely dustproof and able to handle exposure to high-pressure water and high-temperature environments.
Thanks to its IP68 rating, it is also able to withstand being submerged at a depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. This also means you can use the C75 to take photos and videos at the beach or pool without worrying about accidental splashes .
The IP66 rating, meanwhile, ensures that the phone is resistant to powerful water pressure such as those from water guns or water jets, from any direction.
On top of this trifecta of IP ratings, the realme C75 also boasts a TÜV Rheinland Rugged Smartphone Certification, and its shock resistance passed the MIL-STD 810H Standard. With ArmorShell Glass and ArmorShell Protection, the C75 is built for durability and resilience in any situation, so even drops are less of a worry.
Performance that meets your needs
Durability aside, the realme C75 doesn’t skimp on performance. It runs on Android 14-based realme UI, powered by a MediaTek Helio G92 Max processor. With 8GB of RAM (expandable up to 24GB via Dynamic RAM Expansion), this phone is built to handle everything from daily tasks to demanding apps with ease.
You can choose between 128GB or 256GB variants, which are both easily expandable with up to 2TB microSD card. Whether it’s apps, photos, or videos, you’ll have plenty of room for everything that matters. Plus, fingerprint and face unlock ensure quick and secure access to your device.

Powering the device is a beefy 6000mAh battery that keeps the C75 running after a day of mixed use—including web browsing, gaming, multimedia playback, and taking photos. And when it’s time to recharge, the 45W SUPERVOOC Charger gets you back in action quickly—50% in just 37 minutes and a full charge in just 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Stylish daily driver
Our Storm Black review unit has a sophisticated, gunmetal-like finish. The back panel reveals a subtle hidden pattern when the light hits it just right. The matte finish keeps fingerprints and smudges at bay, but in case you want extra protection for your phone, realme included a clear case in the box. If black’s not your style, the realme C75 is also available in a vibrant Lightning Gold.

The realme C75 feels balanced in the hand despite its tall form factor, and at 196 grams, it doesn’t feel unwieldy. The 6.7-inch 90Hz FHD+ display is easy on the eyes even after hours of use. Streaming videos is enjoyable, thanks to realme’s UltraBoom speakers, which deliver loud and clear audio.
Breaking the black backside’s monotony is the camera module in metallic lavender hue. It houses a 50MP camera with a fast f/1.8 aperture, a secondary camera, and LED flash. In front is the 8MP selfie camera.

Overall, the C75 takes decent photos, but it is prone to producing washed out images, especially in environments with challenging lighting. The bokeh may also look unnatural at times, with the background looking over-processed (most noticeable in closeup shots). Despite these minor hiccups, the C75’s cameras still do a good job capturing images.

Speed says
“Rugged” and “classy” might seem like an unlikely pair, but realme somehow made it work with the C75. Combining top-notch durability with overall smooth performance, the realme C75 is a great option for anyone who needs a tough phone that can handle daily wear and tear. If you’re tired of constantly worrying about damaging your device, the C75 is definitely worth considering.
The realme C75 is available starting at P8,999 for the 8GB + 128GB base model.
