realme Philippines is almost ready to unveil the latest phone in its 11 series. We got our hands on the vanilla realme 11 ahead of its launch on November 9.

Here’s your first look at the latest device from the popular number series:

What’s inside?

The realme 11 comes with the standard accessories out of the box. There’s the fast-charging 33W power brick and USB-A-to-USB-C charging cable. Equipped with 67W SUPERVOOC Charge capabilities, the realme 11’s massive 5000mAh battery can go up to 50% in 17 minutes and 100% in 45 minutes. realme also promises up to two days of battery life, depending on usage.

realme also included a clear jelly case in the box, along with a SIM ejector and the usual documentation (warranty card and quick guide).

And then, of course, we have the realme 11 unit…

A closer look at the realme 11

Our realme 11 review unit comes in Glory Gold, which offers a familiar reflective, textured finish. A Dark Glory (black) variant will also be available upon launch.

The plastic rear features minimal branding at the lower left corner. It produces a beautiful S-shaped effect when hit by light from certain angles. And just like its predecessor, this phone has the same rounded corners and boxy feel.

The triple card slot sits on the left edge of the phone; it includes two nano-SIM card slots and an extra slot for microSD. Meanwhile, the power button and volume rocker are on the right side. At the bottom is the USB-C port flanked by the single downward-firing speaker and a 3.5mm audio jack.

On the front is the 6.4-inch screen with 1080 x 2400 FHD+ resolution and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Because it’s a Super AMOLED display, the colors look vibrant. It features a decent 90Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The 16MP selfie camera is on the top left of the screen.

The biggest design change on the realme 11 can be found at the rear. A huge circular (but still protruding) camera module now sits on the upper left corner of the phone instead the two-lens module found on the previous model. The gold camera ring around it adds a touch of elegance to this design.

The main camera at the back features the 108MP ProLight Camera, which uses a Samsung HM6 sensor and features a 3x in-sensor zoom, and a 2MP portrait lens. The module also houses the rear flash.

Other specs and features to watch for

Aside from the improved fast-charging feature, the realme 11 comes with a 2.2GHz MediaTek Helio G99 processor with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and 8GB RAM. Users who love playing games on their phones will appreciate this along with the phone’s high refresh rate and virtual RAM expansion.

For storage, the realme 11 comes with 256GB internal storage. It can be expanded to up to 1TB via microSD card.

This phone also touts Android 13 capabilities out of the box with realme UI 4.0 on top.
