Mitsubishi’s first plug-in hybrid SUV in the Philippines has arrived.
The All-New Outlander PHEV combines Mitsubishi’s Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle technology with its Super All-Wheel Control (S-AWC) system. The model, recognized as Japan’s best-selling PHEV in the SUV segment, delivers a combined system output of 302hp and 450Nm of torque.
Power comes from a 2.4-liter MIVEC gasoline engine working with front and rear electric motors. The PHEV system provides a combined driving range of almost 1,000 kilometers, including up to 100km of pure electric driving. It supports the AC Type 2 charging protocol, making it compatible with the Philippines’ EV charging infrastructure.

Drivers can choose how the Outlander PHEV responds to different situations with four EV drive modes—normal, save, charge, and EV priority. There are also seven drive modes—normal, eco, power, tarmac, gravel, snow, and mud—that adjust the vehicle’s performance depending on driving conditions.
Its S-AWC system brings together Twin-Motor 4WD, Active Yaw Control (AYC), ABS, Active Stability Control (ASC), and Traction Control System (TCS) to help keep the SUV stable and sure-footed on different types of roads.
Safety is covered by Mitsubishi Motors Safety Sensing (MMSS), which includes forward collision mitigation, blind spot warning, lane change assist, rear cross traffic alert, lane departure warning, automatic high beam, and driver attention alert.

On the outside, the Outlander PHEV gets Mitsubishi’s signature Dynamic Shield front fascia, full-LED lighting, and 20-inch machine-finished and black two-tone alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin features premium light gray leather-trimmed seats and a panoramic sunroof. Drivers also get a 12.3-inch Smartphone-Link Display Audio (SDA) with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while an 8-speaker Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium audio system provides the entertainment.

Other cabin features include a smart rear view mirror, heads-up display, triple-zone automatic climate control, and 8-way power-adjustable driver and front passenger seats with lumbar support, memory, heating and ventilation.
The All-New Outlander PHEV is priced at P2,848,000. An introductory SRP of P2,749,000 is available for reservations and vehicle releases from August 20 to September 30, 2026.
