Jetour Auto Philippines, Inc. (JAPI) brought together 80 owners of the Jetour T1, T2, and G700 and their families for Jetour Adventure Camp Season 1. The gathering gave attendees an opportunity to connect with fellow owners, enjoy family activities, and get to know the people behind the brand beyond the showroom.
The event also marked the official launch of Jetour Club PH, a nationwide community for Jetour owners across the Philippines.

Organized by JAPI’s Customer Service Department, the gathering featured games, food, raffle prizes, and a Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) competition showcasing how Jetour vehicles can power activities beyond driving. Guests also experienced V2L-powered latte art by the Barista Brothers, alongside kid-friendly movie screenings, a marshmallow bonfire, and team-building activities.

Jetour Club PH aims to connect owners across models and locations, and give them opportunities to exchange experiences, join activities, support advocacies, and involve their families in community gatherings.
Through the club, JAPI plans to organize more events that bring owners together around shared interests.

The company also highlighted its commitment to customer support by emphasizing the importance of accessible aftersales assistance throughout the ownership experience.
Eryx Guiang, Aftersales Director of Jetour Auto Philippines, Inc., said owners should know where to turn when they need assistance or wish to raise concerns.

“Whether they have a question, need assistance, or want to raise a concern about their vehicle, we want [Jetour owners] to know where to reach us and that their concerns matter. They can contact our Kendee Hotline at 0917-5Jetour for assistance,” he said.
“Events like Adventure Camp also give us the chance to meet our customers personally, hear from them, and strengthen the relationship beyond our day-to-day service interactions. We appreciate the trust they place in Jetour, and we want to continue earning that trust through the support we provide,” he added.
JAPI is part of the UAAGI Auto Group, whose facilities, technical expertise, and operational resources support the company’s aftersales operations.
Through UAAGI’s Center for Technical Excellence, service teams can strengthen their technical knowledge and skills. The group’s parts warehouse and distribution network also help support parts availability and service requirements.
With Jetour CLUB PH now established, JAPI plans to sustain engagement through future gatherings and community activities while continuing to provide aftersales assistance.
