For shoppers budgeting their next big purchase, the monthly payment can matter as much as the price tag. Billease is putting that consideration front and center with Deals, now accessible beyond its app through a dedicated website.

Previously available only within the Billease app, Deals can now be accessed at deals.billease.ph through any mobile browser. The marketplace lets brands and distributors list products for free while connecting shoppers with installment financing and their pre-approved credit limits.

Unlike traditional online marketplaces, Deals allows sellers to set their prices, manage inventory, and handle fulfillment and delivery. Billease hosts product listings and provides installment financing at checkout, charging no platform fees, commissions, listing charges, or payment-processing markups. It earns only when customers choose to pay in installments.

Billease estimates that online sellers can spend close to 20% of each marketplace sale on commissions, payment fees, and advertising. Deals aims to reduce these costs while giving merchants access to millions of pre-approved customers.

Sellers can set their own prices and promotions, including 0% installment offers, while retaining control over logistics and last-mile delivery. Existing merchant partners can upload products manually or through Bille1ase’s existing API, with no additional integration work. A single catalog serves both the website and app.

For shoppers, the marketplace features electronics, laptops, home appliances, personal care products, and health services from accredited merchants, with more categories expected.

Eligible items may come with 0% down payment and 0% interest offers from participating brands.

For purchases that carry interest, charges are calculated on the declining principal balance, meaning customers who pay early pay less.

Select devices also include a complimentary one-year protection plan against accidental and liquid damage from insurtech partner Protech Devices. The platform carries the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Trustmark, while the brand or distributor remains responsible for fulfillment and delivery.

Billease says the model aligns its interests with those of partner brands, allowing sellers to redirect savings on fees toward lower prices or 0% promotions that can help drive purchases.
