At the recently concluded Manila International Auto Show 2026, Jetour pulled the wraps off something far more ambitious than a new model—it introduced an entirely new premium sub-brand. Jetour GAIA is aimed squarely at motorists who want electrification without sacrificing muscle, luxury, or real off-road credibility.
Leading this new brand is the Jetour GAIA G700 plug-in hybrid SUV, a flagship model that combines brute force with high-tech sophistication.
Powering the G700 is a V12 Performance 2.0TD i-DMO (Intelligent Dual Motor Offroad) setup pushing out 891.63 hp and 1,135 Nm of torque. That’s enough to launch this full-size SUV from 0 to 100 kph in just 4.6 seconds—serious performance by any standard. Despite the muscle, its plug-in hybrid system delivers up to 1,200km of range.
The G700 is built to get dirty, boasting a 900mm wading depth, a waterproofed engine system, and adaptive air suspension that adjusts ride height and damping in real time. Add features like tank-turn and crab-walk modes, and you’ve got a rig that’s as capable on trails as it is in city traffic. A 2.5-ton towing capacity and Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) function further cement its versatility for outdoor enthusiasts.
The G700 rides on the GAIA Advanced Vehicle Architecture, a body-on-frame platform that blends hybrid powertrain tech with intelligent systems. It delivers AI-driven torque distribution for improved traction, plus off-road capabilities for enhanced maneuverability.
Inside, the G700 goes full tech-luxe. A four-screen layout dominates the cabin: a 35.4-inch Skyline Screen, a 15.6-inch central HD control display, a 17.3-inch ceiling-mounted entertainment screen, and an 8.8-inch rear climate control interface.
This is complemented by premium touches such as an 18-speaker Lexicon sound system by Harman Kardon, multi-mode massage seats, and even a built-in fragrance system and ambient lighting.
Safety and convenience are equally prioritized, with 11 airbags, a full ADAS suite, and intelligent parking aided by 12 ultrasonic sensors.
The G700 is offered in Horizon Blue, Frontier Black, and Himalaya White, with interior themes available in Black Technology and Beige Warm. It is priced at P4,488,000 and comes with a 10-year engine warranty, 6-year general warranty, and coverage of up to 1,000,000km.
