Last year, Isuzu Philippines refreshed the mu-X by giving it a sleek two-tone front grille, 20-inch alloy wheel design, and a new color variant called Norwegian Blue.
For this year, Isuzu focused more on enhancing the midsize SUV’s tech features.
First off, the 7-seater is now equipped with an Around View Monitor (AVM) that utilizes multiple cameras strategically positioned around the vehicle to provide a 360-degree view. This significantly reducing blind spots and aids in safer navigation through tight spaces and during parking maneuvers.
The mu-X also comes with a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) that can record continuously for up to 11 hours on a 64GB microSD card. This feature ensures enhanced security and peace of mind for the driver with its dual or single view replay and proximity recording across all four cameras.
Isuzu upgraded the mu-X’s 10.1-inch infotainment system to include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, along with a wireless charger on the center console—eliminating the need for cables.
Powered by the 3.0-liter Blue Power engine, the new mu-X delivers 187hp and 450Nm, providing confidence on the road and the power needed for weekend getaways.
