Bigger families, frequent travelers, and business owners now have a new hybrid option to consider as Hyundai Motor Philippines introduces the new Staria Hybrid.
Starting at P1.999 million, the premium van combines fuel efficiency of up to 17.7 km/L with generous cabin space, advanced connectivity, and modern safety features.
The STARIA Hybrid retains the model’s futuristic silhouette while receiving subtle design updates, including a redesigned front grille, new 18-inch alloy wheels, and cube projection LED headlamps that give the premium van an even more refined road presence.
Inside, Hyundai focuses on comfort and practicality. A larger 12.3-inch infotainment display takes center stage, complemented by a 12-speaker Bose premium audio system, wireless smartphone charging, and USB Type-C charging ports for both front and rear passengers.
Premium seating with heating, ventilation, and lumbar support, along with a dual power tilt sunroof, helps make long drives more comfortable for everyone on board.
Flexibility also gets a boost. The nine-seater variant now adopts a three-row seating layout, while the seven-seater gains extended seat rails that allow owners to balance passenger room and cargo space depending on their needs.
Making its debut on the Staria is Hyundai’s Bluelink Connected Car Service, which allows owners to remotely lock or unlock doors, adjust climate settings, monitor vehicle health, and access live traffic and weather updates through the infotainment system.
Powering the premium van is a 1.6-liter turbocharged hybrid powertrain paired with a six-speed automatic transmission, producing a combined 242hp and 265Nm of torque. Hyundai complements its electrified drivetrain with smart technologies such as e-Handling, which enhances cornering stability, and e-Ride, designed to improve ride comfort over uneven roads and speed bumps.
Safety is equally prioritized through Hyundai SmartSense, now featuring Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Side Parking Distance Warning, and six airbags.
The Hyundai Staria Hybrid is offered in Creamy White, Abyss Black Pearl, and Shimmering Silver Metallic. Inside, the seven-seater Premium variant features a Bordeaux Brown interior, while the nine-seater Premium comes with an Anthracite Brown cabin.
