Better-trained dealer personnel mean better experiences for customers—and that’s the goal behind Ford Philippines’ newly opened Ford Learning Center in Calamba, Laguna.
The purpose-built facility will serve as the company’s national training hub for technical and non-technical teams, raising service standards across its dealer network.
The 1,500-square-meter Learning Center replaces Ford’s previous 110sqm training area in Don Bosco Technical Institute of Makati, significantly expanding the company’s training capabilities with globally aligned learning programs and state-of-the-art equipment.
It features seven mechanical bays—including a dedicated electric vehicle (EV) bay—along with four flexible classrooms, a showroom, meeting rooms, office spaces, and a cafeteria designed to foster collaboration among dealer personnel.

The mechanical bay is a 451sqm workshop that mirrors an actual Ford dealership, allowing technicians and front-line teams to gain hands-on experience in diagnostics, repairs, and certification for both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle models. Equipped with two-post and four-post lifts, the workshop enables multiple training sessions to be conducted simultaneously.
Complementing the technical spaces is a 195sqm reception and showroom where sales consultants and service advisors can conduct immersive product presentations and vehicle walkarounds.

It also has four classrooms that can accommodate more than 100 participants per session, while dedicated meeting rooms support coaching, assessments, and small-group learning.
The Learning Center is also home to a 72-seat work cafeteria, creating a central hub for interaction and knowledge sharing, as well as a 24-seat extension office for employees.
The Ford Learning Center builds on the company’s continuing investments in its after-sales network, following the opening of its Ford Parts Distribution Center in Laguna in 2024 to improve parts availability nationwide.
