For drivers curious about going electric but not quite ready to live the charging life, the All-New Nissan Kicks e-POWER offers a familiar alternative: electric motor-driven performance with gasoline-powered energy generation.

Now in its second generation in the Philippines, the Kicks builds on the e-POWER system introduced locally in 2022, adding updated styling, technology, comfort, and safety features to its subcompact SUV package.

At the heart of the Kicks is Nissan’s e-POWER system, which delivers a 100% electric motor-driven experience with 134hp and 280Nm. Its 1.2-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine serves as a generator for the battery, while the electric motor drives the wheels. The setup delivers the responsive feel of an EV while allowing drivers to refuel with gasoline as usual.

Inside, the Kicks focuses on comfort and convenience with Nissan’s Zero Gravity seats, anti-heat leather upholstery, an optimized rear seatback angle, rear armrest, and a 6-way power-adjustable driver’s seat.

A 12.3-inch Display Audio system provides Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while NissanConnect Services comes with a three-year subscription for added connectivity.

The exterior gets a more expressive look, highlighted by Nissan’s V-Motion grille, new lighting signature, triple-arrow Daytime Running Lights, and hexagon-shaped rear lamps. Improved headlights also provide wider and longer illumination for better visibility at night.

The Kicks also brings Nissan ProPILOT, which assists with steering, acceleration, and braking. It combines Intelligent Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC), and Traffic Jam Assist to help reduce driving fatigue, particularly during highway trips and stop-and-go traffic.

It is joined by 12 additional safety and driver-assistance technologies, such as leading car departure notification, intelligent forward collision warning, intelligent forward emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind spot warning with blind spot intervention, among others.

The All-New Nissan Kicks e-POWER is offered in three variants, with launch promo prices available until September 30, 2026:

  • VE: P1,499,000
  • VL: P1,649,000
  • LE Plus: P1,749,000

It comes in Aquamarine Metallic, Gun Metallic, Pearl White, and Moon Pearl Gray. The LE Plus is exclusively available with a Black Roof, while the VE and VL get Black interiors and the LE Plus features a Moonstone interior combination.

Launch customers also receive a complimentary one-year Nissan Protect+ package, covering prepaid maintenance with genuine Nissan oil and parts.
